Indoor Triathlon sponsored by the Swim Club!
-Our swim club started a new annual/semi-annual event in October 2022!
-All swim club members are eligible to participate
-Event includes: 10 minutes of swimming, 10 minutes of biking on a stationary bike and finish with 10 minutes on either the elliptical or treadmill.
-If not interested in being an athlete in the event, we are also looking for volunteers to help the event run smoothly.
-All athletes receive a participation medal and everyone participating gets snacks/water after event.
-Non-competitive event; you compete against yourself to reach your best potential!
